Upgrade to the monthly Premium subscription to get more from your voicemail messaging.

Features

With the Premium service, you get the following features:

●  text transcriptions of voicemails with Voicemail-to-Text

●  extended recording time of avatar messages

●  ability to import custom backgrounds from your device's photo gallery

●  inline playback of voicemail messages

●  ability to automatically forward your voicemail messages to email

●  no advertisements

You are automatically enrolled in the one month free trial of Premium service with Voicemail-to-Text. When your free trial ends, you can continue using the premium features by subscribing to the monthly service, or you can use basic Visual Voicemail for free.

Voicemail-to-Text features

The Voicemail-to-Text feature allows you to:

●  Read your messages when you are in an environment that is too loud to listen to messages

●  Search your transcribed messages using keywords.

●  Share the text of a received message as an email or as an SMS message.

With Voicemail-to-Text, the transcription of your message appears in your Inbox. The transcription will be truncated if it is too long to fit on the screen. To view the full message text in the playback screen, tap on the message in the Inbox.

Subscribe to the Premium Service

There are different ways to subscribe.

●  In the Inbox, tap and then follow the steps to subscribe.

●  In the Store, tap Premium Service and then follow the steps.

●  In Settings, select Manage Subscription and then follow the steps.

Unsubscribe from Premium service

You can cancel the Premium service in the Settings menu under Manage Subscription. You will continue to receive transcriptions and the other premium features until the end of the active period. See Unsubscribe from Premium Service.
